  Horrible company! They do not care about the motorists at all. They closed down two lanes and funneled us all into one lane. Unfortunately that one lane was flooded with about two inches of water mixed with concrete from their grinding project. We had no way to avoid but to go through it and we were on motorcycles and had to follow a semi truck through the half mile mess they made. Needless to say our clothes and bikes were completely covered with this mud. Could hardly see through our helmet visors. Got home after work and tried to wash the bikes. I washed mine three times and still could not get the concrete residue off. Called the State of Ohio Dept of Transportation to file a complaint. Filled out the paperwork and was given the name of the company and a contact person. Filled out all their forms along with pictures of the damage to the bikes, helmets, clothes etc. and an estimate for the repair of the bikes paint. Sent everything to them as requested. Never heard back, so I called them and was told the gentleman's name and was put through to his desk. No answer, left a detailed message and asked for a return call. Nothing! I have called at least a dozen times and all I get is his voicemail or a full voicemail box. This is absolutely unacceptable. At least have the guts to tell me you have no intention of doing anything to rectify the problem. After all this the section of highway that they repaired is worse than it was before they worked on it, twice!
